The Next Chapter takes place the last Tuesday of every month at Bar 82, 136 2nd Avenue.
Each reading is followed by an improv sketch based on audience suggestions from the reading. And then we ask, is the truth really stranger than fiction? You be the judge.
The June lineup includes readings by Michele Carlo (MothGrandSLAM finalist, author, Fish out of Agua) Katherine Wessling (WNYC, Next Chapter co-host) and Sharyn Wolf (LCSW and author, Love Shrinks) and improv by CHESTER (Brooklyn's premier long-form improv team including Caitlin Steitzer, Bryan
Rucker, Oliver Lockwood, Sunita Mani, Zack Willis, Bridgid Ryan, Adam
Jacobson).
